Consolidated Power Supply has established capabilities to test products as specified by our customer's orders.
We utilize various nondestructive examination and testing methods to support ASME Code Upgrade and Commercial-Grade Dedication activities. Methods employed in-house include:
Level II and Level III examination personnel perform these testing methods. Each examiner is qualified in accordance with ASNT SNT-TC-1A and the requirements of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.
Additional, in-house nondestructive test capabilities include hydrostatic testing, and ultrasonic thickness testing.
The use of audited and approved subcontracted sources further expands the capabilities of Consolidated Power Supply. These sources effectively implement NCA-3800 and 10CFR50 Appendix B programs, and supports Consolidated Power Supply throughout the performance of Eddy Current Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, Liquid Penetrate, Magnetic Particle Testing, Hydrostatic Testing, Radiography, and Visual Examination.
